Shipping availability, rates and delivery details depend on the item, destination and checkout.
Before checkout
Review the shipping charge and destination. Free shipping applies only when indicated for that listing or order; do not assume it applies to every item.
For sellers
Provide accurate packaged weight and dimensions when requested. Follow the paid order instructions and use the correct supported label and tracking process.
Track a package
Look for tracking in your purchase or shipment details. Carrier scans may take time to appear, and delivery estimates are not guarantees.
If delivery goes wrong
Check the address and carrier tracking, then contact support through Help or Resolution centre with the order number and relevant evidence.
